Full Guarantee Terms & Conditions

I offer a five-point score improvement guarantee to eligible students enrolled in the 30-hour Ultimate Prep package, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

This guarantee applies only to students who:

The guarantee does not apply to 10-hour, 20-hour, or pay-as-you-go sessions.

The baseline score is defined as:

This diagnostic score will serve as the reference point for measuring improvement.

To qualify, the student must:

Attend all scheduled tutoring sessions. No more than two reschedules are permitted.
Complete all assigned homework, drills, and full-length practice exams on schedule.
Follow the structured study plan provided.
Sit for the official LSAT prepared for within two months of completing the program.

Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.

Improvement is measured by comparing:

Official LSAT Score−Baseline Diagnostic Score

If the official LSAT score does not increase by at least five (5) points, the student may request a refund.

The official LSAT score report must be submitted within 14 days of release.

If all conditions are satisfied and the student does not achieve a five-point increase:

Tuition paid for the 30-hour Ultimate Prep package will be refunded.
Refunds apply only to tutoring fees and do not include third-party materials or LSAT registration fees.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of verification.

The guarantee applies only once per student and is non-transferable.
